Your email is used for authentication and account management. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data. We may send transactional emails related to your subscription or account.
3. Local processing
xype processes all video files locally on your machine. We do not upload, store, or have access to any of your media files. The desktop application communicates with our servers only for authentication and subscription validation.
4. Cookies
We use authentication cookies to keep you signed in. These are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled.
5. Third parties
We use Polar for subscription billing, Better Auth for authentication, and Databuddy for privacy-friendly analytics. Analytics events help us understand page views, product interactions, checkout starts, and payment status without storing card details or your local media.
