2. Subscription
xype is available via a paid subscription. You will be charged the advertised fee on a recurring basis unless you cancel. A 3-day free trial is offered to new users. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal.
3. License
Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the xype desktop application. You may not redistribute, reverse engineer, or resell the software.
4. Usage
You are responsible for any content you process with xype. Do not use xype for illegal or harmful purposes. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Refunds
All purchases are final. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances. Please use the free trial to evaluate the software before subscribing.
6. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of xype after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. Disclaimer
xype is provided as-is. We are not liable for any data loss or damage resulting from the use of the software. Always keep backups of your original files.
