How do I sign in to the Windows app?
The app displays a short activation code. Open the activation page in your browser, sign in by email, and approve that computer. The app then finishes signing in automatically.

Before you subscribe
Can I move my license?
Yes. Deactivate the current computer from your account before activating another one. To prevent abuse, the account allows two device resets in a rolling 30-day period.
Do my videos get uploaded?
No. Video processing happens on your computer. The website only handles your account, subscription, and device activation.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel through the billing portal. xype remains available until the end of the period you already paid for.
